Frequently Asked Questions

How are the carcasses built?

Our carcasses are manufactured locally with high density 18mm mfc using the latest computerised production techniques. The fittings we use have been sourced to ensure a long lasting top quality kitchen.

The units are made using glue and dowel construction, this technique is normally used by the German/French manufacturers. Glue and dowel constructed furniture is the proper way of manufacturing, a more precise technique that is used by all the leading  manufacturers throughout Europe.

A sturdier unit is achieved as there is no movement of joints made by screws working loose. There is also no visible fixings on the outside of the carcasses. (Cam and dowel constructed carcasses are simply flat pack carcasses built up.)All our carcasses are built to order and arrive shrink wrapped with your name on each one.

Is there a choice of carcass colour ?

We colour match all our carcasses to the colour of your door, this means that if you are not having a timber door you may not need end panels. We have a choice of over 50 colours to choose from.

Can I have any size carcass ?
